At this day and age, Quality is no longer an option, rather it has become a prerequisite, especially in the healthcare industry. Patients should always be at the center of quality service delivery and organizations need to focus on optimizing their work processes to improve organizational performance and satisfy their customers. 6.1    Safe and Health Design - SIMC will provide a comprehensive and unified solution for facilities to ensure that safety and quality are being complied as per International Standards.

6.2 Infection Control Program  - All staff and Consultants will be aware of current Health System policies regarding Infection Control. Our consultants are well understood of the importance of infection control and the hand hygiene. We stock all related PPE at our work shop and make use of the same while on work. Identify all hazards and their associated risks by conducting a risk assessment and setting up controls to reduce risk to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP)
